About The Role
Rippling's Product Specialist team ensures customers see incredible business transformation through Rippling's most complex products.

Our engagements are consultative. Our specialists deeply understand the customers' unique pain points, offer creative solutions, and build/set up their Rippling environment to address their needs. Hence, our specialists serve as a bridge between the customer and product teams. They are instrumental in driving adoption.

This role is to manage a new team of Talent Implementation Specialists to drive the exponential impact of LTV and adoption.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience leading teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing our Talent Product suite, including Compensation Bands, Recruiting, Review Cycles, Headcount Planning and more, working with cross-functional stakeholders. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.

What You Will Do

  • Mentor, hire, and lead a team of product specialists.
  • Drive an implementation team to successfully meet key KPIs: productivity, project completions, adoption thresholds, and CSAT.

  • Continuously measure the effectiveness and quality of our Talent implementations and make process improvements

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.

  • Lead trainings for internal and external resources to increase the overall knowledge of Rippling's Talent products
  • Actively contribute to the development of Rippling's Talent Products through collaboration with sales, product and engineering

  • Regularly coordinate with product and engineering teams to fix bugs and launch new features

  • Serve as a connector between engineering, product, and other customer-facing teams

  • Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for Talent product launches

What You Will Need

  • 6+ years of experience implementing Talent products
  • 2+ years people management experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong prioritization and time management
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
  • Data and process-centric leader with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
  • Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain
  • Able to work with cross-functional leaders to drive improvements to product and processes
