What is in it for you?

As a Technical Lead – Java React, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

Responsible for designing and developing applications on Java, Spring Boot.

Should be able to develop using React.Js, JavaScript.

Deliver customer value by providing high-quality software components and services

Foster self-organization within the team, and collaborate with peers to enhance team functionality.

Actively participate in Scrum meetings, including daily standup meetings, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives.

Follow the Definition of Done (DOD) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation.

Take ownership of the team's deliverables post-release.

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x +

ReactJS

AWS SQS/RDS/S3/SES/SNS

PostgreSQL

Knowledge of Docker, Linux, Shell Scripting for container-based development practice

Database design and SQL

Good to Have Skills: -

Experience in working on Agile estimation and planning for development project execution with Jira/Confluence knowledge

Strong knowledge of AWS SDK usage in Java
