What is in it for you?
As a
Technical Lead – Java React
, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for designing and developing applications on Java, Spring Boot.
• Should be able to develop using React.Js, JavaScript.
• Deliver customer value by providing high-quality software components and services
• Foster self-organization within the team, and collaborate with peers to enhance team functionality.
• Actively participate in Scrum meetings, including daily standup meetings, sprint planning, readouts, and retrospectives.
• Follow the Definition of Done (DOD) as part of the sprint, including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, and documentation.
• Take ownership of the team's deliverables post-release.

Experience: -

• 5 – 7 Years

Location: -

• Chennai

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -
Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x +
• ReactJS
• AWS SQS/RDS/S3/SES/SNS
• PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, Shell Scripting for container-based development practice
• Database design and SQL

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in working on Agile estimation and planning for development project execution with Jira/Confluence knowledge
• Strong knowledge of AWS SDK usage in Java
