Job Title: Technical Customer Support Executive – International Voice

Location: Pune / Ahmedabad

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office + Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time | Shift: 24/7 Rotational

About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and prior experience in international technical voice processes. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who can assist customers professionally and efficiently over the phone, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound technical queries from international customers
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide accurate resolutions
  • Document customer interactions in the system with precision
  • Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely support

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum education: 12th Pass (HSC)
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in a technical international voice process (mandatory)
  • Strong technical troubleshooting ability (hardware/software)
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shifts

Compensation

Up to ₹5.3 LPA (based on current/last drawn CTC and experience)
