  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • .

  • Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Oracle BRM, with at least 2-3 successful end-to-end BRM implementations

  • Proven experience as an operations lead or shift lead in a production support role for Oracle BRM.

  • Strong background in telecommunications billing, revenue management, or related domains (e.g., BSS/OSS).

  • Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle BRM, including Pricing Design Center (PDC)

  • Experience with BRM APIs, and Unix-based environments.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Work Environment

  • Schedule: May require 24x7 support or on-call availability for critical system issues.
