Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to Prime Vendor Staffing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct and MSP channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, connect, and onboard new prime vendor accounts in the staffing space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client account managers and procurement teams.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development (Prime Vendor / Direct Client focus).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and staffing life cycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive measurable outcomes.
