About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complete SEO campaigns - including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO — to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end SEO campaigns for multiple projects and clients.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for improved visibility and conversions.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies such as meta tags, internal linking, and content optimization.
  • Develop and manage off-page activities like link building, guest posting, and outreach.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawling, indexing, or site-speed issues.
  • Monitor and track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Prepare and share monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO trends to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 5 years of proven experience in SEO (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Good understanding of website architecture, HTML, and content optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
