Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Noida. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media channels, developing and executing social media strategies, and creating engaging content. Daily tasks will include social media optimization (SMO), monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to effectively drive audience engagement and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and brand messaging
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve performance metrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency is a plus
