We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Management Specialist to join our team at Lovelocal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful onboarding, management, and engagement of retail outlets across a variety of categories,
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding and management of retail outlets across various categories, including Grocery, Fruits and Vegetables, Meat and Fish, Dairy, Specialty Stores, Sweets and Savories, Stationery, and more.
- Enhance retailer engagement by introducing special offers on the Lovelocal platform.
- Drive increased marketing expenditures from retailers by leveraging promotional offers on the Lovelocal platform.
- Provide customers with diverse shopping options across all categories.
- Coordinate and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities at retail outlets.
- Optimize fill rates, delivery experience, and reduce delivery cancellation rates.
- Address and resolve retailer grievances effectively.
- Enhance product assortment, range, and pricing strategies.
