Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building rapport with key stakeholders in the genomics and bioinformatics domain. Key tasks include managing client relationships, coordinating with technical teams to understand service offerings, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be expected to meet sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide regular updates to leadership on market dynamics and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of genomics, bioinformatics, and multi-omics services, along with technical or scientific aptitude
  • Strong business development skills, including market analysis, proposal development, and opportunity identification
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve sales goals, and handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in the biotech or healthcare industry is advantageous
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
