We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient PLC Programmer Engineer to design, develop, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems for industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting control systems across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement PLC programs using platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric
  • Develop and configure HMI/SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring and control
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers to integrate PLCs into broader system architecture
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including wiring diagrams, program logic, and user manuals
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
  • Support commissioning and startup of automation systems at client sites
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed systems

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • SIMENENS [TIA PORTAL, LOGO,..], Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley,
  • Proficiency in ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text (IEC
  • Experience with major PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric
  • Strong understanding of HMI/SCADA systems (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware)
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams
  • Willingness to travel for commissioning and on-site support as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
