Job Title: AI Reporting Architect/Lead.

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on AI Reporting Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced reporting and analytics capabilities for our enterprise-grade Treasury platform. This role will drive the architectural strategy for AI-powered reporting solutions, collaborating closely with Product Owner, Backend Developers, Data Engineers, and Business Analyst to deliver scalable, intelligent insights.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in data architecture, AI/ML integration, and reporting frameworks with an understanding of Treasury operations and financial analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable data models and reporting pipelines that integrate with backend microservices and Spark-based data platforms
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage for high-performance analytics
  • Work with Backend Developers to ensure seamless integration of reporting components within containerized .NET environments
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications and validate outputs against stakeholder expectations
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, data governance policies, and performance benchmarks for reporting systems
  • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to enhance predictive analytics and anomaly detection in Treasury reporting
    Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and guide the team through technology selection, prototyping, and production rollout

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, reporting systems, or analytics platforms, with exposure to Treasury or financial domains

  • Proven expertise in designing enterprise reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating models into reporting workflows
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark)
  • Familiarity with backend technologies including C#, .NET Core, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EMR, Glue, Lambda, S3) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical architecture with business goals
  • Bonus: Experience with financial instruments, liquidity models, or regulatory reporting frameworks
