We Are Hiring: AI/ML Architect | 50 LPA | Pune

Location: Pune

Work Mode: 4 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for a
highly experienced AI/ML Architect
to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. If you are passionate about building next-gen intelligent systems and driving digital innovation, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement
    end-to-end AI/ML systems
    , integrating frontend (React/Angular), backend ), APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
  • Build
    distributed, microservice-based AI pipelines
    on Azure (primary) and AWS.
  • Work with
    advanced ML/DL models
    (GPT, BERT, CNNs, RNNs, GANs) for NLP, CV, and multimodal tasks.
  • Engineer solutions using
    prompt tuning, few-shot learning, RAG
    , and LLM optimization techniques.
  • Lead
    data processing workflows
    using Spark, Pandas, MLFlow.
  • Implement
    model observability
    , drift detection, monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • Apply
    model optimization
    (quantization, pruning) for real-time inference.
  • Ensure
    AI security, governance, encryption
    , and alignment with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO
  • Drive PoCs, feasibility studies, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure strong technical documentation.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture & enterprise-grade solution delivery.
  • 5+ years in architecting and deploying production AI/ML systems.
  • Expertise in
    GenAI, ML, transformer models
    , LLMs, and multimodal AI.
  • Proficient in
    Python
    , TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, MLFlow.
  • Experience in
    Docker, Kubernetes
    , microservices & cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of
    AI security, adversarial robustness
    , federated learning, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership in Agile teams with strong communication ability.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience leading AI/ML/GenAI projects from concept to production.
  • Strong knowledge of
    MLOps, CI/CD pipelines
    , Azure DevOps.
  • Solution Architect certifications (AZ-305, AWS Architect) are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of
    ethical and responsible AI
