· Daily examination of samples and supervision of diagnostic methods.

· Interpretation of results.

· Involvement in policy and Standard Operating Procedure preparation.

· Involvement in quality assurance performance within the department.

· Assessment and introduction of new methods.

· Prior planning of staff and equipment requirements.

· Preparing and updating Infection prevention and control policies.

· Maintenance of in-service training or educational program for all staff in the laboratory.

· Involved in setting of quality standards with regard to audits in Laboratory.

· Ensure laboratory safety and follow protocols.

· Take blood samples from home collection as per duty assigned by Lab Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
