About Us:

Neelkanth Rubber Mills is a leading manufacturer of high-performance rubber conveyor belts, serving industries such as mining, cement, steel, and material handling for over 35 years. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Quality & Testing Lab team.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day quality testing and analysis of rubber compounds, fabrics, and finished conveyor belts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting lab testing for physical and mechanical properties (tensile, elongation, hardness, etc.)
  • Preparing and labeling samples for testing
  • Recording and maintaining test data and reports
  • Assisting senior technicians in QA/QC documentation and procedures
  • Maintaining lab cleanliness, instruments, and records

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of rubber or industrial materials preferred (not mandatory)
  • Ability to handle measuring and testing instruments
  • Willingness to learn and work with technical equipment
  • Diligent, organized, and responsible attitude

Education:

Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / B.Tech (any field – polymer, mechanical, or science background preferred but not required)

Experience:

0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Salary:

As per industry standards, depending on skills and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹32,000.00 per month
