**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform spectrometry and metal analysis to ensure accurate testing and results.
- Maintain and manage lab documentation in compliance with NABL requirements.
- Conduct chemical testing, analysis, and report preparation for various metal samples.
- Maintain lab instruments and ensure their calibration and proper functioning.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
- Record and maintain accurate data for all tests and analysis conducted.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of spectrometry techniques and metal analysis.
- Familiarity with NABL documentation and requirements.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and analysis reports.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety protocols and standards.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Salary: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.**

Mohali Hitech Metal Cluster (P) Ltd. (MHMC) is a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) established under the guidelines of Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India by more than 40 Micro and small enterprises. MHMC focuses on Sanitary Fittings/Bath Fittings and Non-ferrous engineering component manufacturing units.
There are more than 100 units in and around Mohali in the radius of 15 Kms. manufacturing more than 1000 types of sanitary fittings, bath fittings and their components. Sanitary Fittings products are used as simple taps, stop cocks or sensor fitted taps for auto on and off. There is wide range of mixers to mix hot and cold water, showers for bathing, bath wares, flushing systems, bathing accessories as towel or napkin hangers, necessities as tub fillers, cockroach traps, ash trays, etc.
Each Sanitary & bath fitting manufacturer adopts its own design for manufacturing various types of products. Some of the units are manufacturing many types of the product categories whereas others concentrate on one or two types only.
The technology used in sanitary, bath fittings & non-ferrous engineering components manufacturing is the common one, which is adopted in all engineering units’ processes like melting, die-casting, machining, grinding, polishing, electroplating and assembling etc. But, it requires a degree of specialization and designing skills for manufacturing innovative products that are in accordance with the demand of customers.
