Junior Architect

The Junior Architect supports the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction. They assist in preparing drawings, models, presentations, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior architects, ensuring design intent and project quality are maintained.
- Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and presentations.
- Support design development and construction documentation phases.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Prepare 2D and 3D renderings, diagrams, and visualizations for client presentations.
- Research materials, products, building codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
- Maintain project files, records, and drawing organization standards.
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for design innovation and sustainable architecture.
- Preferred Skills:Knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations.
- Experience with BIM coordination.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Interest in professional licensure and continued learning.
