Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer (Civil) to manage daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure quality control, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day construction work at the site
  • Execute work as per drawings, plans, and technical specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, and project team
  • Manage material consumption and maintain stock records
  • Prepare daily site reports and update project status
  • Ensure quality of RCC, masonry, finishing and other civil works
  • Check measurements and support billing/BOQ preparation
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with company standards
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate when required
  • Skills & Qualifications· Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering· Minimum 1–5 years

' experience in building/construction projects

· Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing work, and site execution

· Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Strong leadership to handle labour and vendors

· Should be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented

· Ability to work at site full time

· Immediate joiners preferred

· Own vehicle is an added advantage
