Hiring For SME_NW Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Delhi.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in network design and implementation, you will play a key role in ensuring high network performance, availability, and security across our infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for network professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges and managing enterprise-scale networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, load balancers).
  • Perform Cisco VPC configuration, SFP+/QSFP+ installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and manage BGP and DMVPN for remote sites, including WAN optimization and issue resolution.
  • Configure and administer Cisco ASA firewalls, including site-to-site VPNs, NAT rules, and security policies.
  • Support and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP) and manage Firepower Management Console.
  • Manage and monitor network performancelatency, utilization, throughput, and availability.
  • Administer Zscaler, Riverbed, F5 Load Balancer, Aruba Wireless & SD-WAN solutions.
  • Perform regular network backups, disaster recovery, and maintain network documentation (IP lists, diagrams, inventory).
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and network access policies.
  • Drive major incident (P1) management and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking, routing & switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
  • Proficient in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN, and SD-WAN.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Good understanding of Zscaler, Aruba, F5, and Riverbed technologies (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to handle critical network incidents effectively.

Good to Have

  • Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / MCSA / Network+ or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL environments (for monitoring/reporting).
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-site network environments.

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: BCA / MCA / BE / BTech (IT or CSE) / MSc (CS)
  • Experience: 8+ years in Network Administration or Infrastructure Management
