Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of raw materials as per GMP and company SOPs.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all incoming and outgoing raw materials (GRN, COA, logbooks, stock registers, etc.).
  • Perform physical verification of raw materials against invoices and COA.
  • Monitor raw material sampling and coordinate with QC for testing and approval.
  • Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation of status labels Approved/Quarantine/Rejected).
  • Adhere to GDP, cGMP, and safety requirements in warehouse operations.
  • Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material issuance.
  • Coordinate with purchase, QC, and production teams for smooth material flow.
  • Handle audit requirements (regulatory, internal, external) related to raw material management.
  • Assist in inventory management and periodic stock reconciliation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP / SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong documentation and compliance skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.
