Intern, Business Operations

We're looking for a Central Operations Intern who is smart, curious, and ready to get

things done If you're an engineering or business graduate, who loves fixing processes,

making things work better, and keeping everything organised - this role is for you.

At Bizom, we power 750+ CPG brands across the globe to run their businesses smarter

and now, we want you to help make our own operations just as sharp.

You'll work hands-on with our team to :

●  Help us take smart, data-driven decisions

● Make our workflows smoother

Keep our documents neat and accurate

You will also get real exposure to working across teams, trying out SaaS tools, and improving how our core operations run in real time. If you love solving problems, thinking smart, and getting things done, we want you on board

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Create, maintain and update internal SOPs, process maps, and documentation to ensure they are version-controlled, accurate, and easily accessible to all teams

● Support daily operational tasks through consistent tracking and follow-ups

● Automate team and executive dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or other platforms and tools

● Identify inefficiencies in internal workflows and contribute to the design and implementation of repeatable, scalable processes and automation initiatives

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams by setting meeting agendas, recording minutes, and actively tracking action items to ensure project milestones are met

● Ensure tools, access, and training materials are properly set up for new joiners and systematically deactivated during offboarding, while maintaining documentation accuracy

● Research and evaluate potential SaaS solutions based on operational needs, summarizing key insights and suggesting fitment for internal use

● Monitor internal operations for adherence to policies and support audit preparedness through structured documentation and compliance tracking

Requirements:

Educational Background
- Engineering or Business graduates (final-year or recent), based in Bangalore, with a demonstrated interest in operations or process design; Six Sigma certification or hands-on experience with business automation/analytics/process improvement projects is a strong plus.

Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting, along with familiarity in documentation platforms like Google Docs, internal knowledge bases; exposure toAI, SaaS and operational tools is beneficial.

Personal Attributes
- A high-ownership mindset with strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently on documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks; must be confident and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
