Your Role
- Lead design and implementation of Jira and Confluence solutions.
- Align configurations with Agile, Scrum, and ITSM practices.
- Integrate Atlassian tools with Bitbucket, Slack, ServiceNow, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and customize workflows.
- Enhance tracking and documentation using automation, JQL, and marketplace apps.
Your Profile
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Jira & Confluence implementation and support experience.
- Strong in Agile, project tracking, and knowledge management.
- Skilled with workflows, custom fields, automation, and macros.
- Experienced in client training and project delivery.
- Excellent communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
