We have an urgent opening Jira/Confluence Administrator with Atlassian Cloud Experience- Remote

Role:-Jira/Confluence Administrator

Location- Remote

Duration: Long term Contract

Budget: 22 LPA

Rotational Shift: 9am-6pm, 12pm to 9 pm, 6pm to 3am

Immediate to 15 days Joiner

JD:

Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence instances, including user management, permissions, and workflows.

- Configure and customize Jira and Confluence to meet the needs of the organization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features and functionalities.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira and Confluence users.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on best practices and efficient use of Jira and Confluence.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up to date with the latest Jira and Confluence features and enhancements and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.

- Collaborate with other administrators and stakeholders to ensure integration and compatibility with other tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Jira/Confluence

  • 2+ Years of experience in Atlassian cloud

  • Proven experience as a Jira/Confluence/Jira Service Management Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration, including user management, permissions, and workflows.

    -Good exposure in development, like REST APIs and Python.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence plugins and add-ons.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence to meet specific business requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
