Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Senior UI Lead/Developer for a full-time, on-site role at Remote location. In this role, you will lead UI design and development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces. Key responsibilities will include crafting sleek, fast, and responsive user interfaces, mentoring junior developers to enhance the team's proficiency, and working closely with clients to gather and implement UI/UX requirements. You will ensure alignment between technical feasibility and aesthetic vision, while maintaining the highest quality standards in all project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Front-End Development Expertise:
    Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • UI/UX Design Skills:
    Strong skills in designing intuitive user interfaces, wireframing, prototyping, and experience with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    Experience leading UI teams, providing mentorship, and ensuring team productivity while collaborating with backend developers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Programming and Debugging:
    Strong debugging, optimization, and testing skills. Ability to maintain and improve existing codebases.
  • Additional Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field. Understanding of accessibility standards, familiarity with version control systems like Git, and prior experience in Agile environments is a plus.
