We at Creative Code are currently hiring a talented Video Editor & DOP who will plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for visual storytelling, a solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and editing software, and a passion for bringing creative ideas to life.

As our Video Editor & DOP, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and shot lists that align with project goals.
  • Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and drones (if applicable).
  • Capture high-quality footage with attention to composition, lighting, and audio.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Add motion graphics, sound effects, music, and color grading to enhance video quality.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Manage and organize video files, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for Corporate videos, Brand films, social media content, events, interviews, and more.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a video editor and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
  • Experience with color grading and sound design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics
