We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and child-friendly Centre Coordinator to join our team.

If you enjoy working with children, managing academic schedules, and creating a positive learning environment, this role is perfect for you.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM

Weekly Off: Any one weekday (not Saturday/Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning of classes.
  • Handle student admissions, parent queries, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain attendance records, class schedules, and student progress reports.
  • Provide support to teachers.
  • Communicate updates, notices, and reminders to parents professionally.
  • Assist in organising workshops, assessments, events, and competitions.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly environment in the centre.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable interacting with children and parents.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Prior experience in education centres, customer care, or coordination roles is a plus.
  • Should be responsible, patient, and proactive.
  • Willing to work on weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
