Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries (B2B lead generation).
- Reach out to decision-makers (HRs, Founders, CXOs) via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Support the BD team in preparing proposals, client decks, and presentations.
- Maintain client data in CRM tools and track communication updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Recruitment & Marketing) for client requirements.
- Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
