This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities and partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage effective hiring and selection processesDrive end-to-end recruitment cycles with a strong understanding of sourcing through referrals, job portals, and recruitment vendorsManage recruitment activities from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, follow-ups, and successful onboardingConduct thorough pre-screening and candidate assessmentsCoordinate with interviewers to ensure quick turnaround times and a smooth candidate experienceIdeal Candidate Profile2–7 years of proven experience in non-technical recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities with high attention to detailEffective stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentLocation - ( Nariman Point, Mumbai)Life @ LeapMutual RespectWe love people who are 'relentlessly resourceful'.
