Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and verify invoices accurately in line with customer orders, GST, and other statutory requirements.
  • Cross-check order details including product codes, quantities, prices, discounts, and taxes.
  • Maintain and update billing records in ERP/Excel/software and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Support audits and compliance by ensuring proper documentation of invoices and financial records.
  • Oversee and execute proper packaging of products as per company standards to ensure damage-free delivery.
  • Verify product quality, labeling, and quantity before packing and dispatch.
  • Monitor and manage stock of packaging materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Implement safe, efficient, and hygienic packaging practices in line with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of experience in billing, invoicing, packaging, or warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of billing software/ERP and MS Excel.
  • Experience in packaging standards, material handling, and dispatch documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
