Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Program Manager- Landlord Representation

Location: Delhi NCR

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager for Retail Real Estate to

oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mandated retail projects across India. This

role involves managing the leasing program across multiple markets for various mandated

projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and working cross-functionally with internal

teams and external partners. It involves planning, leasing strategies, and driving the leasing

across all the mandated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end program management of all the mandated projects including

coordination, planning and devising the leasing strategy.

Collaborate with client and internal teams and external stakeholders.

Analyze market data and performance metrics to support real estate strategy and

decision-making.

Maintain dashboards and reports for each of the projects

Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure clear communication of program

objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Leasing Strategy: Develop and implement retail leasing strategies for the

mandated portfolio.

Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations on lease terms, conditions, and

renewal agreements on behalf of the client

Reporting & Performance: Provide regular reports on leasing activities, market

trends, and financial performance of retail properties.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with current and

prospective tenants

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail mall leasing/ business development for retailers.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and tenant needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
