About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and versatile
Founder's Office Analyst
to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact projects. This role offers exposure across strategy, operations, growth, and problem-solving, providing a fast-track learning environment in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:

*Work closely with the founders on business strategy and execution.

*Drive research, analysis, and presentations for decision-making.

*Support in planning and managing cross-functional projects.

*Identify process improvements and contribute innovative ideas.

*Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

*1–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy, analytics, or a fast-paced role.

*Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

*Comfortable with numbers, presentations, and cross-functional work.

*High ownership, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
