We are seeking an experienced founder to join our team as an Entrepreneur in Residence.

This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your startup skills and knowledge without the financial pressures of running your own business.

You will have the chance to work closely with our founding team, gain valuable insights into how a category-defining company is built, and develop your leadership and execution skills.

In return, we offer a fixed salary, stability, and mentorship. If you prove yourself in the first 2 quarters, you will be promoted as a Co-Founder with equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow the Founder daily and sit in on key meetings
  • Structure discussions, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution across teams
  • Travel with the Founder or alone when needed and handle fast-paced schedules
  • Drive key programs that directly impact growth and scale
