Title: Business Analyst
Experience Required:- 8+ yrs
Location:- Pune / Mohali / Hyderabad
About The Role:
You will play a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic
analysis. In this position, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and
translate them into actionable requirements. Your expertise in documenting business processes and
identifying areas for improvement will be essential in optimizing operations and enhancing overall
performance. This role may occasionally involve business travel to the UK and Canada.
Responsibilities:
● Gathering, validating and documenting business data.
● Communicate with multiple stakeholders including third party stakeholders to holders, conduct
brainstorming and JAD sessions to gather requirements.
● Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
● Staying up-to-date on the latest processes and technology advancements to automate and
modernize systems.
● Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management through regular reports
● Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
● Work closely with technical/QA teams to develop solution, test solution and make sure that the
requirements are properly implemented.
● Preparing documents such as BRD, FRD, SRS, AS-IS, TO-BE, process flow.
● Help program managers in preparing weekly status report, team dashboard.
● Managing a team by allocating projects to them and helping them in project related activities
● Provide UAT support
Candidate Requirements:
● 8+ years experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking, Insurance, Cards & Payments domain.
● Knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance domain and related processes is preferred.
● Managing scope changes within a Sprint / Release by facilitating impact analysis and considering
modifications to the overall plan.
● The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges
● The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable
solutions.
● A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
● Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
● Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) - (Good to have)
● Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
● Strong technical skills and documentation skills.
● Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
● A history of participating in and supporting successful projects.
