Position Overview: Career Sales Executive – Inside Sales

This entry-level role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about education, sales, and career development. As a Career Sales Executive, you'll engage with potential learners, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective learners via phone calls and handle inbound inquiries
  • Understand their academic background, work experience, and career aspirations
  • Recommend relevant learning programs based on their individual needs
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets
  • Track and update all interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools

Who Should Apply:

  • Freshers only (0 years of experience)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Motivated, target-driven, and eager to start a career in EdTech sales
  • Willing to work from the Dadar or Andheri office (Mumbai)

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • MBA graduates are preferred, but not required
  • No prior experience needed – full training will be provided
