Hiring for Workday Adaptive Planning Developer

  • Experience: 5+ years

  • Shift: US Shift

  • Location: Hyderabad - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Adaptive Planning reports, dashboards, and analytics

  • Combine actuals with forecasts for meaningful business insights

  • Design and implement Adaptive Design Integration (DI) workflows for import and export

  • Troubleshoot data mapping challenges and ensure accuracy

  • Develop SQL queries and transformations within DI

Required Skills & Experience

  • Adaptive Planning Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Adaptive reporting and analytics

  • SQL Skills: Proven expertise in SQL, including joins and SQL-based transformations

  • Data Integration: Experience with Adaptive Design Integration (DI) and data mapping

  • Automation: Experience automating integration processes using SQL, Python, or other ETL tools

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, especially in explaining financial models and reports to non-technical stakeholders
