- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

*Requirements:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the banking or financial services sector.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
