Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (any stream) and Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, Montessori, ECE, CIDTT/CIDTL trained)

Experience:
1 year of relevant teaching experience in the Early Years domain.

Work Timings Any 9 hours (Based on the school requirement)

General Description

We are looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Teachers who can create stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environments that nurture the curiosity, creativity, and holistic development of young children. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a nurturing personality, and the ability to engage children in meaningful, play-based learning experiences while serving as a role model for colleagues and an active partner with parents.

Main Responsibilities

 Lead classroom operations with responsibility for planning, preparing, and delivering age

appropriate lessons.

 Foster holistic development—cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical—through innovative and engaging teaching strategies.

 Inculcate the habit of community dining and facilitate healthy eating habits and etiquettes along with resting routines that contribute to children's life skills.

 Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment, inculcating good values and life skills.

 Observe, assess, and document children's progress, and share feedback with parents regularly.

 Integrate technology and modern tools into teaching and learning.
