Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Solutions Architect Neutrinos Platform located in Bengaluru. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for solution architecture, consulting with clients, software development, integration, and business process management in the context of the Neutrinos platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, cloud and Kubernetes deployments, and modern programming frameworks, and must be adept at driving business-technology alignment across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of complex, enterprise-grade digital solutions for insurance customers using the Neutrinos platform.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders (business and IT) to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and drive solution delivery.
  • Design and author

High-Level Designs (HLDs) and technical architecture documents for enterprise implementations.

  • Guide teams through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with senior architects, product managers, and business leaders to align architecture with business goals.
  • Stay hands-on with technologies including , Angular, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Lead discussions and troubleshooting across infrastructure (Kubernetes, cloud), APIs, and application layers.
  • Travel to customer locations in Southeast Asia, Middle East, and South Africa to drive implementations, conduct workshops, and support go-lives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7-12 years of overall experience in software architecture, development, and enterprise solutioning.
  • Must have implemented 5 or more enterprise-wide digital transformation programs for insurance customers.
  • Deep experience with workflow/BPM, rules engines, and document management systems.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in :1.

Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).2. Microservices architecture and containerization.3. Modern full-stack development , Angular).4. Integration via REST APIs and messaging systems.

  • Strong knowledge of BPM systems.
  • Strong enterprise-wide integration skills.
  • Excellent solution design and documentation skills, especially in crafting HLDs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • able to conduct meaningful conversations with senior architects, IT leaders, and business heads.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and act as a technical mentor.
  • Ability to work with project managers to create detailed task breakdown and estimation.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel (~30%) to customer locations.

Good to Have :

  • Experience working with low-code platforms or case management systems.
  • Familiarity with Neutrinos platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of insurance workflows

  • Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or Kubernetes.
