Working Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership:
   daily operations of the manufacturing facility to be efficient and productive, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
2. Team Management and Leadership:
   Staff Management Supervise and manage production teams, including workers, supervisors, and technicians' continuous improvement. Mentor and develop a high-performing team across various departments.

Training & Development: Ensure the team is properly trained on new processes, machinery, and safety protocols. Encourage professional development.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the manufacturing process and implement improvements, such as automation or lean manufacturing techniques.

Adopt New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate new technologies or machinery to improve production efficiency and product quality and reduce costs.

Quality Assurance & Control:

Ensure Product Quality:
Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards and customer specifications. Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.

Monitor Defects & Rework: Identify areas for improvement to minimize defects, scrap, and rework and improve product yield.

Financial Management and Cost Control:
Monitor production costs, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Analyze financial performance to enhance profitability.

Waste Reduction: Develop strategies for reducing material waste, energy consumption, and overall operational inefficiencies.

Production Management

Oversee Manufacturing Operations: Manage day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely production.

Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that targets for output, quality, and deadlines are met.

Capacity Planning: Ensure the factory is operating at optimal capacity, adjusting resources and staffing as needed to meet production demands.

Supply Chain and Inventory Management:
manage optimal stock levels and timely production. Collaborate with suppliers to secure quality materials and negotiate favorable terms.

Strategic Planning: -Long-Term Strategy: Work with the leadership team to develop strategic initiatives, including scaling production, entering new markets, or developing new product lines.

Market Trends:
Stay informed of market trends in the jewelry industry and integrate innovations to keep the factory competitive

Customer Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Order Fulfillment ensures customer orders are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Customer Feedback: Implement production processes to improve customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all compliances and operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards.

   All manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Implement production schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage supply chain logistics.
2. Reporting &Administration

Performance Reporting: Regular updates to senior management on production performance, including productivity, quality metrics, and financial targets.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, design, marketing, and finance) to ensure alignment between production and business goals.

Preventive Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and serviced regularly to avoid breakdowns and production delays.

Troubleshooting: Quickly resolve any machinery or production line issues to minimize downtime.
