Content Moderator (Exp. 1-2 years)

Looking for a passionate content writer who can develop and moderate content for , the worlds #1 SaaS company offering online learning and customer support tools for millions of educators, instructors, and businesses across the globe.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Writing creative short and long form content for quizzes, online games, and more
  • Creating crisp descriptions that are engaging for the readers
  • Moderating and managing our Quiz library to ensure high-quality and relevant content
  • Identifying content gaps and user needs, recommending relevant new topics and ideas
  • Maintaining uniformity in style, tone, fonts, and imagery to ensure cohesive and professional content presentation
  • Monitoring user-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to the guidelines

You are the right fit for the role if you have :

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, including search engine algorithms and Social Media
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Logical thinking and reasoning skills

Knowledge of pop culture, trending quizzes, educational topics, entertainment, sports, fun games, etc., would be an added advantage.
