Position Overview

As a Junior Content Writer, you will play a key role in shaping Marcadors' brand storytelling and digital presence. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging, original, and error-free content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that every piece of content aligns with the brand voice, supports campaign objectives, and resonates with the target audience. This role requires a balance of creativity and attention to detail, along with the ability to adapt your writing style for diverse platforms.

As you grow in this position, you will gain exposure to SEO practices, content optimization techniques, and the end-to-end content lifecycle, preparing you to take on larger responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct copy for websites, blogs, social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Conduct basic research to develop accurate, insightful, and value-driven content pieces.
• Assist in editing, proofreading, and repurposing content to ensure consistency and quality.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking.
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute fresh ideas for content development.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 0–2 years of content writing experience (internship or agency experience preferred)
• Strong writing portfolio showcasing blogs, articles, or marketing content
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices
• Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot) is a plus
