About the Role

Were looking for an integrated reputation consultant/ lead client servicing for our clients online reputation and digital advisory. Youll run three tracks in parallel—design communication solutions for reputation building, scale existing solutions to deliver greater business impact and Stabilize the team - while coaching a junior-heavy team, tightening quality, and accelerating delivery. The work is moderately cross-functional and highly dependent on evolving situations with the clients in public domain; you'll install mechanisms that bring clarity, predictability, and accountability.

What you'll do

  • Own the relationship: be the day-to-day lead for clients; turn goals into clear plans.
  • Run the portfolio: keep a simple board of work - Design / Scale / Fix—and adjust focus each week.
  • Make briefs "ready": turn fuzzy requirements into clear tasks (owner, deadline, success metric).
  • Deliver campaigns: ORM, social listening, content, SEO/SEM, influencer, paid + owned + earned—end to end.
  • Speed up approvals: set a clear SLA (e.g., 2 business days), send crisp pre-reads, track decisions.
  • Raise quality: use checklists, reviews, and runbooks; do quick post-mortems after issues and close actions.
  • Coach the team: pair juniors with seniors, give simple checklists, and keep feedback regular.
  • Report what matters: share results and next steps with clients and leaders in dashboards and trackers, with compelling insights that improve outcomes.

How we work (on-site)

  • Short daily stand-ups per shift + one handover doc so nothing gets dropped.
  • Weekly portfolio review: what to start/stop/continue; move capacity where needed.
  • During urgent issues, you lead decisively; otherwise, you work collaboratively and use data to choose.

Analytics & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance and operational KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities; shape proposals that combine PR + digital + brand storytelling.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • Quality up: fewer errors and rollbacks (~40% lower), faster recovery from issues (~30% faster).
  • Faster delivery: shorter cycle times (~20% faster) and 85% of work delivered on time.
  • Approvals smoother: 90% of items approved within the agreed SLA.
  • Smart experiments: 1–2 pilots/month; you scale winners and stop weak ideas quickly.
  • Team growing: juniors show clear skill progress; seniors have the space to unblock big items.

What you bring

  • 8–10 years in client servicing / digital advisory / ORM, owning large accounts.
  • Hands-on with social, content, SEO/SEM, influencers, ORM tools and measurement.
  • You've run mixed work (new ideas, delivery, fixes) without burning the team.
  • Strong with planning, prioritization, and approvals; you keep things moving.
  • Clear communicator, great with stakeholders, steady under pressure.
  • People leader: you coach juniors and set fair, firm expectations.

Nice to have: experience in corporate/financial reputation, simple scoring for priorities (e.g., effort impact), and comfort with basic dashboard handling.
