Responsibilities and Duties of Senior Manager

  • Comes with the background of managing fit-out office projects, with domain expertise of passive-IT / ELV / Audio Visual.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, enabling higher customer satisfaction (CSAT)., Manage key accounts and ensure long-term client relationships.
  • Adhere to company processes and procedures, while reporting with factual data.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the AV solutions sector (corporate, education, etc.)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for AV integration, products, and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects through active prospecting and networking.
  • Participate in client presentations, product demos, and solution discussions.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical design team to deliver customized AV solutions.
  • Monitor team performance, both on projects and sales, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide management with insights on pricing, product positioning, and customer preferences.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong project-management background.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in sales, operations, and people management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Graduate along with MBA
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing fit-out office projects, with domain expertise of passive-IT / ELV / Audio Visual.
