Role Description
Hiring Referral Partners
The Referral Partner acts as a bridge between aspiring students/professionals and the Quality Excellence Training Programs.
Your role is to identify and refer potential candidates who can benefit from our specialized technical courses — such as Encompass administration (Mortgage Industry) and Automation Solutions — and help them successfully enrol.
You will earn attractive commissions for every successful enrolment that comes through your referral. (starting from Rs 25k+ / USD 250 per successful enrolment).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential learners (students, IT professionals, mortgage tech specialists, etc.) through your network and online platforms.
Share program details, course benefits, and success stories in a professional manner.
Guide prospective learners to complete registration using your unique referral link or code.
Maintain a basic record of prospects contacted and enrollments completed.
Promote Quality Excellence courses on social media, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp groups (without spamming).
- Provide feedback from learners to help improve marketing materials and communication.
