Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Udaipur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over calls and emails, providing excellent customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include offering online support, addressing customer concerns effectively, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Proficiency in providing Online Support
  • Technical Support capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
