Role & responsibilities

  • Should have experience in managing FP projects
  • Organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams
  • Manage all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards and processes set out by the PMO and other industry organizations (including PMI)
  • Manage various critical aspects of a project: scope, project schedules, estimates, quality, work plans, and resource plans, risks & communication with project team members and other involved IT and business teams
  • Ensure the scope statement is clearly understood and as agreed to by the project team, customer, and other stakeholders, and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries
  • Manage timely, high-quality, & cost-effective service delivery to the client
  • Identify business needs of the client, act as an interface between the technical team and the client
  • Create project plan to track progress, plan timelines and share with client
  • Work with the Architect and Technical Lead to prioritize and track new functionality and ongoing releases
  • Provide support during Validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with the client team to ensure all business requirements are met
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on project progress
  • Manage project dependencies and critical path, track project timelines and milestone
