Job Summary:

  • 1+ year hard core Tele-sales/Pre-Sales/Telemarketing experience in Out bound calls.

  • Preferably from Real Estate industry

  • Should have worked on sales target/result oriented environment

  • Should be aggressive and know telephone etiquettes

  • Should have very good convincing skills

  • Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Tamil or multilingual

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To make daily calls to the leads provided as per the target.

  • To achieve the target on daily/weekly basis

  • Convert leads to Customer site visits

  • To explain our projects in details to the customers

  • To answer customer queries promptly

  • Able to co-ordiate with Sales team to fix appointments for customers.

  • Good in escalating calls to next level in case support required.

  • Able to address customers concerns and suggest respective product.

  • Should be good in analytical, pricing details etc
