Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and lead generation
  • Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Lead a team of digital marketers and coordinate with content, design, and sales teams
  • Monitor and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI
  • Create and manage paid ads and organic growth plans
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Maintain and optimize the company website, landing pages, and user journeys

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing
  • Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
