Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward quick resolutions 3. Educate users on product features, upgrades, and best practices 4. Share insights from conversations to help product and tech teams 5. Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty 6. Track personal performance and share weekly updates with the support lead 7. Help us hit key support metrics: fast resolutions, high CSAT, customer retention and better product usageWhat You Bring 1.
