Liasotech is a fast-growing engineering organization pioneering innovations in industrial oil filtration systems. We are building a self-running organization driven by systems, culture, and leadership — where people grow, take ownership, and deliver excellence.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner Manager who can attract the right talent, develop capable teams, and build a high-performance culture.
Role Purpose
To partner with business leaders and managers to ensure the right people are hired, developed, and engaged — enabling Liasotech to run seamlessly on strong systems and strong people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Work closely with department heads to forecast manpower needs.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for all roles (plant, service, and office).
- Design and run onboarding programs that embed Liasotech's values and work systems.
2. Performance & Development
- Drive company-wide KPI, goal-setting, and review processes through Zoho systems.
- Identify training needs and implement learning plans — technical, leadership, and soft skills.
- Support managers in feedback, coaching, and career development conversations.
3. Engagement & Culture
- Strengthen accountability and recognition culture through periodic initiatives.
- Run leadership reflection and value-connection programs.
- Act as a culture guardian — ensuring integrity, accountability, excellence, innovation, and adaptability are lived daily.
4. HR Systems & Governance
- Ensure attendance, policy adherence, and HR processes are efficient and self-sustaining.
- Guide HR Assistants and Executives on operational execution.
- Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR with 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in hiring, performance management, and capability development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and maturity to work closely with business heads.
- Strong data orientation — comfortable using Zoho/Excel dashboards and analytics.

Pay: ₹500, ₹750,000.00 per year
